Medium-duty, 3/4 extension slide designed for 'Up and Over' hinged door application

Ball bearing movement provides smooth operation and long Cushioned front and rear stops Door lifts and moves over the top of the shelf on vinyl roller Contour bumper acts as protective end cover as well as a decorative and piece to the slide

Mounting

• Recessed mounting slide into door and hinge into shelf using #8 screws.

Space Required

• Door recess 11/32" (9mm) deep x 1
• 1/2 (38mm) wide clearance inner side of drawer to top shelf in open position 3.16" (5mm)
• Minimum door thickness 3/4" (19mm).

• Inner and outer channels
• 0.062" (1.55mm) thick precision strip cold rolled steel, #2 temper (RC'B' 65-80) Hardened steel precision steel ball bearings (grade 100). Standard finish Bright zinc chromate.
